L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi, basat en 29 variables testades amb models de random forest i regressi\u00f3 el\u00e0stica sobre 19.854 enquestats, conclou que els factors organitzatius \u2014cultura, suport del manager, pr\u00e0ctiques de talent\u2014 expliquen m\u00e9s del doble de l&#8217;impacte reportat que els factors individuals: un 67% enfront d&#8217;un 32%.<\/p>\n<p>Una organitzaci\u00f3 que destina recursos principalment a la formaci\u00f3 individual en eines de IA est\u00e0 atacant el factor de menor pes relatiu. El retorn d&#8217;aquesta inversi\u00f3 ser\u00e0, per definici\u00f3, limitat si l&#8217;entorn organitzatiu no acompanya. Quan els managers modelen activament l&#8217;\u00fas de IA, els empleats reporten una millora de 17 punts en el valor percebut de la IA, 22 punts addicionals en pensament cr\u00edtic sobre el seu \u00fas, i 30 punts en confian\u00e7a cap a la IA ag\u00e8ntica.
