Your website should talk about your client&#8217;s problems and how you solve them, not about how fantastic your office building is. The message must be direct and focused on the benefit to the client.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Generate trust and authority:<\/strong> In the B2B world, before calling you, they will investigate you. Your website must show success stories, real testimonials, client logos, and, very importantly, the human team. Showing the faces of the people behind the company increases trust. Additionally, technical aspects like having the SSL security certificate (the padlock next to the web address, &#8220;https&#8221;) are mandatory; without it, browsers will mark your site as &#8220;Not Secure&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitate contact (conversion):<\/strong> The goal of the website is for the phone to ring or an email to arrive. Forms must be short and work perfectly. Phone numbers must be &#8220;clickable&#8221; from mobile. You must guide the user by the hand to the next logical step.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impeccable technical Performance:<\/strong> It must load fast. This implies a good server, optimized images, and clean code. Google rewards speed with better positions in the search engine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total adaptability (responsive):<\/strong> We no longer design &#8220;for desktop&#8221; and then &#8220;adapt&#8221; to mobile. We think mobile-first.
