What We Look For in an Article

We look for well-structured, original, and useful articles. We want texts that help readers understand, apply, or rethink digital strategies, concepts, methodologies, and tools.

To ensure consistency and quality, we ask that each article meet these criteria:

  • Length: between 1,500 and 2,000 words, although we accept longer texts if the topic warrants it and they are well-developed.
  • Links: each text may include a maximum of 3 outbound links provided by the author, and we will add an internal link to our own URL related to the article’s topic. Outbound links should point to different domains and lead to quality content.
  • Value: articles should contribute knowledge, whether practical or theoretical, on the topic they address.
  • Clarity: we prefer short paragraphs, descriptive subheadings, and a well-constructed narrative.
  • Originality: we only publish original content, not published anywhere else.
  • Tone: professional, approachable, and accessible. We do not accept covert advertising or promotional texts.
  • Recommended structure: clear introduction, development with subheadings (H2 and H3), and conclusion with key takeaways and lessons learned.

    Benefits for the author:

  • Authors who publish on the Smart Team blog will appear as accredited contributors within a professional environment specializing in B2B marketing, design, and technology.
  • Their profile will be automatically displayed through our authorship system (Molongui Authorship4). Each article will include:
  • The author’s full name and professional photograph.

Rights and editorial policy

All articles published on our blog must be original content and are published with the right of first publication. The author retains intellectual property rights to the text but authorizes Smart Team to publish it, translate it into different languages, and distribute it within the company ecosystem.

After 30 days from publication, the author may reproduce or adapt the content on their own website or media, provided they include a link to the original article published on Smart Team and clearly indicate that it was first published on the Smart Team blog.

Shipping process

To ensure the blog’s quality and consistency, we use a simple and transparent process.

  • The text should be submitted in Word format via email to content@smart-team.io, following these guidelines:
  • We accept texts in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
  • The text must have a definitive title and properly structured subheadings (H2 and H3).
  • The length should be between 1,500 and 2,000 words (exceptions may be made in cases of exceptional interest or quality).
  • The author will suggest a minimum of three high-quality outbound links, and Smart Team will add one internal link, maintaining consistency with the article’s theme and tone.
  • Clearly identified citations and references are welcome.
  • The main image will be generated by Smart Team and is royalty-free; you do not need to provide it.

We will review each proposal within a maximum of 5 business days. If the content meets our quality criteria, we will translate and publish it in the three languages ​​we work with.

Once published with your author profile, it will be shared on our social media channels and newsletter. We will notify you of the publication date and send you the final links.
